I want to import a .png file into a level, is this possible? Or is it possible to create text in the world editor?

you could model a 3D plane, slap a .PNG texture on it, and put it in-game. Just like any regular map asset

When you say "Model a 3D palne" what are you referring to too? Are you talking about editing a plane within the world editor, and use the .png file as a texture?

Orrrr the easier way is to open Blender, go into Preferences, Addons & enable "Images as Planes". Then press Shift + A & go into "Image" -> "Images as Planes"
