I'm getting an error about Direct 3D9.

    I've just built my brand new gaming build. I installed everything via a display port. Beam ng worked fine! I now have the pc hooked up to a 32" tv, and whenever I try to play, it says "Failed to initialize Direct 3D, please ensure you have direct x 9 and a graphics card with pixel shader 1.1" I've re-downloaded, to no avail. I've played other Direct3D games and they work fine. What could this be?

    What? TV is not a video card.... VGA or HDMI makes no difference except available resolutions...

    Maybe video card only works with his regular monitor? (I know im wrong)
