...Wow, I'm honestly surprised I didn't think of googling it myself, and I didn't realize that GT6 was available on PS3, I just bought 5.
Why bother with an XBO or PS4 when you can buy a PC Really though, Xbox has backwards compatibility, PS4 does not, there's no GT for PS4 and that's the only PlayStation exclusive remotely worth playing, so...
I honestly didn't even know that, one of my main reasons for getting a new ps3 was to play ps2 games because at the time i couldn't figure out how to get my TV to be in color with me ps2 but I figured it out eventually. My last ps3 broke so I had games but nothing to play them on, which is why I got a new one, and I'm not much into consoles so I don't want to have to pay to be able to play online, and most newer games by bigger companies are pretty bad imo and usually filled with over-priced DLC, I'm mostly going to use it for older games so there isn't much of a point to having a next gen console, especially when I'm also upgrading my PC.
Ps4 does not have ps2 compatibility yet outside of 3 games being rereleased that appear to simply be running in an emulator. At the moment, you can't just pop a ps2 game in and have it work, should be able to eventually though
