It's quite simple; If you have the .ZIP file correctly packed, you have two options: 1., If you want to upload the file witgout creating a resource, just have to click "Upload File" button and select the Mod you want to upload 2. If you want to create a resource, click "Upload New Resource" button placed in Mods Menu at the forum and fill the gaps. Then, a moderator will probably check that your resource works fine. Check that the name has not spaces or commas or smth. For example, name it "EpicResourceNeverSeen" or "Epic_Resource_Never_Seen, NOT "Epic Resource blah blah" Cheers
