I think there should be a 3 step ignition instead of 1 press because It would be more realistic for a 3 step Ignition like off/on/start and for start/stop cars you should have to press the brake pedal to start fully and if you press without break it only turns ignition on. I think this would bring alot more realism to the game it may be difficult to do but It would make beamng even more realistic.
