    Haven't tried either of them so I don't know if one is supposed to be different from the other or if they're exact copies. Is one supposed to be a non-facelift version?

    It is in safe mode. :p Verified and everything.
    Probably just an oversight. One time they made an automatic and manual config for the D-Series a while back and both had (M) at the end.

    That thread can be used to report bugs that occur in safe mode as well. That identical config thing is happening on my end as well
    I was just pointing at the fact that a dedicated bug reporting thread exists so this one wasn't necessary
