I was thinking that does anyone other than me actually likes the 2nd gen pessima.imp it's a very good and fun car to drive. The people who like the 2nd gen pessima can post stuff about it here,if there's another thread like this pls let me know...
i like the car a lot, I drive it probably more than any other car. I prefer to use the base model engine, carplus hubcaps, and skinny ass tires and its quite fun to drive that way. The V6 has to much understeer in my opinion. But its a solid car, does well with abuse, and handles quite well for what it is.
yeah she takes LOTS of damage and does not Overeat as some, The lack of go fast Bits ( to a point ) make it a VERY bland car, Then the Mk1 has AWD AWS, turbos, more cosmetic upgrades. The MK1 seems VERY Plastic, I Guess KINDA Like most Sport cars in the 2000s where less sort and more family. the MK2 is safer, better on fuel too,,, ( DX ) Even that BOTH have a 1.8 slow box, the MK1 ( DX and DXI ) take LOTS off crap, But the M2 takes heat better ( every so slight ) over the MK1 Also the Mk2 does have ONE weakness, Once Drive Axle dies its game over, where AWD mk1 Can still drive with a broken Drive Axle. Yes, Mk2 is bland, and slow and V6 is still not fast, But goes okay, But it makes it lovely to smash and hit Curbs. ( i do enjoy driving this to... Not just crashing ) over all 8/10.
I use the djplopper mod pack because it gives a lot of variety for the mk2 pessima,my default is the awd mk2 pessima...and damn!it's a super fun car to drive.By the way the mk2 pessima looks like the 5th gen honda civic
The 1990s Pessima is the car I would suggest new beam players start off with. The "sport" edition of the car can give you a nice middle ground on how the physics are compared to other games while assisting you with ABS and the Pessimas great handling despite lack of traction control. It also somehow looks good in dark green.
I think I like it because it reminds me of my mom's 1997 Accord and her 2003 Camry, both of which are gone now. We own a 2014 Camry SE now.
the city is available in South Asia --- Post updated --- let's not get off topic here, more pessima related comments
I love the mk2 pessima! The red sport model reminds me of my 99 Nissan maxima se limited I used to own. Similar in size and in specs. In fact I'd drive it all of the time when I had my maxima. The rims were also almost identical.
The V6 sound is quite dull. I always choose the DX model. I don't use it that much but it is an okay vehicle.
