Ibishu Covet - Minor dashboard bug.

Noticed this extremely minor bug with the Covet, but it might not have been noticed previously.

If you're driving the Covet and get into an accident that deforms the dashboard, you'll see that the RPM needle either clips through or "breaks off" from the car. This is understandable, but it seems that resetting the car with R doesn't restore it, leaving you with an empty RPM guage, even though the speedometer needle doesn't suffer from this problem.

Regenerating the car completely with CTRL+R restores the needle perfectly fine, so it seems that it's a problem with the needle disappearing or not resetting with the car.
