Thinking about finally trying to make a mod. lots of ideas but this one ended up looking the best so far so I'm just gonna roll with it and see where it goes. figured i would start the thread relatively early just to see what people think of the idea.

completed more of the external of the body.

I've read the wiki and lots of threads and i think i kind of understand the coding part of all this as well as the jbeam which i dread but doesn't seem too bad... just time consuming. however if anyone has any tips for coding that they have picked up in their experience it would be greatly appreciated!

If you won't abandon it after a month, then I'd say go for it. Would be noice to see a 350Z

Hey that's pretty good. Big fan of the 350z myself, so if you need any help/suggestions. Feel free to PM me, or join the BeamNG.Drive Discord. here: https://discord.gg/0hhY5FicOgwKsfKv

you've got real skill there, I would recommend changing the body style a bit to fit in with the fake names and car designs of beamNG. idc because I love me some JDM goodness, Ibishu or not!

Nice modelling skills, I suggest making it look a bit fake to fit into beamng's style of cars

Yeah, maybe call it a "250b" so you can release it on the repository, and so it would better fit in with the 200bx, but changing the body might not be necessary.

Unless he wants to post real version on the forums. then change up the body a bit and post it as the fictional brand on the mods section :p. I like actual branded cars like the Supra.

For some reason i lean toward cars like the Corse that are similar to real cars, but different enough. I think there is less contrast from real/fake makes when you do it like that.

This looks promising enough based on the screenshots provided. As long as you have motivation to get it in-game, go for it!
    Good luck! :)

    --- Post updated ---
once i get the base of the car done, or at least working for that matter, i want to include some wide body and fender flare options and fins and maaaayyyybbbbeeee a custom skin that looks like TJ Hunts old wrap on his 350z? just a thought. yes i have big goals and i make no promises but if it makes it that far its something i would love to do!
