I want to know how to make a custom lightbar mod.

Hi, I like playing BeamNG and as much as I like BeamNG, I like its mods. And I wish to create my own, starting with a police light. I want this light to be the quality of BeamNGs own lord and savior, in terms of creating good lightbars, Kemro. The light i am trying to make is a Teardrop/Bubble Light/ Fireball unmarked beacon. I know Kemro has already created one but only for the legran, old pessima and the hirochi sunburst. I wish to create my own to put on more cars like the Moonhawk, New pessima, Civetta Bolide and much more. But I know about as much as lightbar creating for beamng than I know about the whole imagineable universe surrounding us. I wish for this light to have the same function as Kemros, that being i can place it on the dash and make the key for changing lightbar mode to make the light go on the roof. Plus more like adding the physical wire, making other coloured variants, making it so that the light can switch sides on the roof probably by making a new configuration and maybe more. Any help on what I wish to achieve will be greatly appreciated and I thank you for reading this message.
