Dude, You need to learn the basics first. Try checking the guides made by the staff team and other members and try starting with normal projects like a tire / bumper. A car from the first try to a beginner is a little bit hard.
First try to make the box tutorial. A Go Kart with no suspension makes for a good second project. Then try and make something complex like a car.
