Its generally not great though leading most to use notepad++ or similar anyway (I personally prefer sublime as my text editor of choice)
IIRC the one that comes with the game is missing support for many new features, and generally doesn't parse JBeam like the game does, leading to errors loading some files.
That's ok, I'm using the blender export script --- Post updated --- I need help now please. I can't seem to get my model to show up. Can someone help me? Sorry, couldn't package these as attachment and the png is showing up sorry.
The one here on the forums is different to the games one, it works flawless for me. Saved many hours of work. --- Post updated --- Just a typo in the jbeam, it says "cutout..." in the flexbodys group, and "Cutout..." in the nodes .
Seriously? Is that the reason why the model is not showing up? If so, then I feel dumb... Thanks though for your help.
And the "," behind "collision" and "self collision" are missing, as well as another mistake I can't find. {"collision":true}, {"selfCollision":true}, I also do dumb mistakes sometimes.
Ok. Thanks for your help. Today is a little busy, I might be able to finish it today though. --- Post updated --- Still not showing up. I have looked through and everything is correct. This is really frustrating, This is not a car even and I'm having these problems. --- Post updated --- If it helps im using the introduction to vehicle creation here: http://wiki.beamng.com/Introduction_to_Vehicle_Creation Also, The jbeam works and shows up, untill I add the flex bodies section.
