Hello all! In a game called Garry's Mod (if you don't have it you should really check it out and its ridiculous community) there's a fancy little tool you can get called PAC3. PAC3 allows you to import custom models from the internet. So, I cut up the Bruckell Moonhawk to work in GMod and put it on one of The Danish Master's cars. So, I did just that with a Bruckell Moonhawk. The textures aren't entirely accurate, I used what I had on hand. I couldn't figure out how to get PAC to use the BeamNG textures. (yes, even after converting them from dds) check out my profile and/or add me on steam: www.steamcommunity.com/id/snortsnort Here's some pixels arranged on your screen to form an image that reflects off your retinas and provides you with a look at my car. The last photo under the car is intended to show you the fact that- yes! There's a frame, (untextured) engine, exhaust pipes, etc under there. It's a nearly complete model. I had to remove some of it to prevent Source Engine from loosing its mind. aye if this was supposed to be in Off-Topic, oops... I don't know how to remove it.
Oh, I should get this tool. I know some Z-Modeler car conversions from other games with a range of cars from the Honda Civic to the Koenigsegg Agera. This looks like a weekend project.
Oh, it's more like a 45 minute project! I've ported three cars using PAC3 so far. I can make a tutorial on this, if you'd like. It requires 3DS Max and (if you aren't very good with 3DS Max, but you have the program) Blender. What I'm saying is you either need to have 3DS Max OR 3DS Max and Blender. The second is if you don't know how to use Max, like me xD
Not the cars for Midtown Madness 2, but the models they use to make cars for Midtown Madness 2. Here, have some Forza 3. http://slg.serv1.free.fr/forza3_cars.html Can you use those?
