If you can, I encourage you to save up some money and build a decent gaming tower PC. I got BeamNG when I had a crappy tower PC and a craptop, never truly enjoyed it until I built a gaming spec PC. Doesn't need to be a ton, just make sure you get a decent CPU and GPU and a minimum of 16GB RAM.

Desktop components have significantly better performance over their mobile counterparts, even when put up head to head gaming laptops vs PCs of similar spec. With BeamNG, you will benefit from more power.

If you can't I understand, I had to wait over a year to build my current PC from the date I got BeamNG. Though I do encourage you to keep that in mind, maybe in the future you will be able to afford to build a gaming desktop PC ;)

One thing you can try in your situation is along with lowering the graphics settings, lower the resolution. When I had a r9 270x gpu in my system, I could just simply scale the resolution down from 1920x1080 (1080p) to whatever 720p is, and handle the game on almost max settings (excluding dynamic reflections,) at 60 FPS.

If you're running integrated graphics, you're going to have a hard time with almost any game unless it's some old game from the early 2000s or before. But scaling the resolution reduces some of the load on the iGPU, thus allowing for higher FPS.

BeamNG is a very demanding game. you really can't get any more fps with this PC/Laptop.
Tip: Look at the requirements of the game you wanna game on before buying.
