   I can't remember what keys open the menu which includes the PostFX manager, and it doesn't seem to be in the controls section in the menu. Can someone help?

   You need to have 'Advanced Features' enabled in the game's options.
   You'll then find the 'PostFX' button in 'Graphics' menu.
