I cant spawn any other cars in the game

So i started having this problem after I downloaded a mod of a Tesla model S, at first I couldn't get out of the car and walk. My camera would get fixed in one spot, then after some time the same thing happened with the cars mods or from the base game. Ok so there is also another problem with certain cars when I crash them (modded or not). It wont allow me to do anything with the car so i end up spawning a new one. If anyone knows how to fix this please tell thx.

 

Try deleting the mod and clearing cache. If you downloaded it from a so-called russian site, then it has a decent chance of breaking the game.
