HQ Barrel - Filling vram since -99

It was a nice cloudy day somewhere in Eastern Finland, and I was cleaning the area behind one of the buildings at my parents'. In the middle of the dry leaves, leaves, and wet leaves, there was an old rusty barrel. No one really knows how it ended up there, but now it has found a new home: BeamNG.drive!

The ULTRA HQ version is attached to this post. It can be installed with the HQ version and they do not conflict with each other.

It's the same jbeam as the official barrel, so I guess it's hq enough to be released in a paid game
