Unsolved How would I go about creating a prop, but it can fall apart into a few pieces?

I know what I want to create, but I don't know how or where to start. Lets say I wanted to make a table that can fall apart, like the legs can fall off with a certain amount of force. Does anyone know how I would go about doing this? I think it would be very similar to the recent fruit crate mod that was released. Any help is appreciated.

 

You would connect the different pieces (each leg, table surface, etc...) to each other using a special type of beam that's classified as a breakGroup. Here's the wiki page that sorta talks about it: Link
