How would I download all car configs and skins on the repo at once?

I would like to download all the repo configs because I would like to be able to open the vehicle config tab and have as many different ways to customize my car as possible. I know it would take for ever to download them individually. I would like to download only download cars, not levels or automation vehicles.

1. This will take too much memory from your hardisk
