How to zoom the dashboard/speedometer ?

I saw this in the video as someone did zoom the speedometer to better see the speed and other instrument readings from the cockpit.

 

Press 3 or 9 on the number pad to increase or decrease your fov.. or change it in settings>camera

rather than zooming your fov and affecting driving, you can use relative cam and position it close to the gauges. then swap between cockpit cam and relative cam to drive/check speed.
