Hi, I'm fairly new here... I can't create cars, skins, maps, etc, just yet, but I'd still like to be able to contribute knowledge of some sort that I have to the community. I wanted to share a calculation Excel spreadsheet with the group, that I hoped someone might find useful, but when I went to upload it, the notice said that the only file extensions allowed are: "Accepted file types: zip, txt, pdf, png, jpg, jpeg, jpe, gif, jbeam, dds, json, dae, log, lua, cs, gui, mis, mp4, webm, flv, sbeam" Does anyone know if any of the above named file extensions support real-time calculations in a cell like format, which I can convert/import an Excel .xlsx file into, and make it work? Two of the tabbed charts would work as images to share, but the one that specifically works as a calculator cannot just be an image. Any suggestions? Thanks.
assuming they DON'T change the allowed extensions, you can use a file dropper site like catbox.moe, or make public links to cloud storage with gdrive/dropbox/mega/etc
Oh wow! Thanks! I didn't even think of .zip files. Of course! Because once it gets to people, all they have to do is unzip it on their computer and if they have Excel installed, they can open it on their own. It doesn't have to hit the site as an .xls or .xlsx file. Oversight on my part. --- Post updated --- Thank you. I'll check those sites out.
