Solved How to put on Project 2-piece rims?

Can someone help me with putting on Project 2-piece rims?

 

I don't have this mod installed but the rims should be located in the parts menu and it should be located under suspension,wheel hubs if you have that mod or whatever,tires/wheels and scroll to find the tires
