Every vehicle within BeamNG has a folder associated with it (wherever you installed BeamNG/content/vehicles). Within its folder is a file called: vehiclename.DAE . This .DAE file contains the vehicle's 3D model.

Copy this .DAE file to your desktop (or wherever), start Blender, in Blender click File > Import > Collada (Default) (.dae), navigate to wherever you copied the .DAE file and double-click it.
