How to modify official car jbeam values

I downloaded the game post 0.25 update and I found a video by muye to make op cars but it was before the update. Does the update not let you edit official cars jbeam values

 

You can still edit the jbeam files, its just that they may be a little different than in the video from updates

 

How though I go to the vehicle folder but I just find my configs from in game and mod files

 

Unless you have moved your beamng folder to a different drive it should be c/users: steam, steamapps, common, beamng.drive, content, vehicles, and then whatever folder you need.
