How to make multiple bollards work at the same time??

I watched this video on youtube:
I tried to research and control multiple bollards at once. Anyone know how to create such? Please share with everyone. Thank you

Sorry, I'm not sure if that can be done or not. I did find an old thread on the subject but the best advice was to slow down/pause the game & activate them one-by-one.

What he does in the video is set them all to script AI in world editor and then he presses play on all of them while the game is paused. He then has all of them synched at once.
