Looks like it doesn't have a jbeam at all. Is that what you actually need help with? If so...

1. http://wiki.beamng.com/Content_Creation (look at JBeam, Introduction to Vehicle Creation, and maybe JBeam templates)
2. If there's already a "part system" tutorial I forgot about it. Take a look at the MODS repository for anything new that adds a single part (engine, wheel, etc) to see how parts are added. Packing guide here.

I normally ask questions like this over in the Content Creation subforum. Take a look at threads there for more info.

 

It is actually jbeamed but does not show as a breakgroup.
