How to make a custom skin for vehicles.

    Ok so basically I'm just trying to make a Skin.
    Why? I was very popular because of it on Rigs of rods.
    Here is a Image of a Truck I skinned below:

    I know it's small.
    So please just give me a tutorial or something.
    The Program I use to skin is called Paint.Net
    Thankyou.

    Ps. I'm trying to skin the MoonHawk.
