How to fix broken textures?

For some reason my textures have suddenly become broken. I've deactivated all the repository mods and then did a deep cache clear but it still hasn't fixed. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

 

I'm having similar issues on the east coast map, I removed all mods and it still has trees and bushes that show no texture till I get close to them, then the textures snap in and back out as I get farther away. It's not all trees and bushes, only about half of them. I also ran the deep cache cleaner after removing the mods.

 

Sounds like the game is having a problem locating the LOD textures. Disable all mods, clear cache, and do a file integrity check through Steam. If that fails a clean install may be needed.

 

That mod is outdated.

 

I have a old mod from the 0.19 era of beam and I need old beam textures because the effects for the tires being dirty is a missing texture and I have tried clearing the cache of the game, can somebody like the old textures?
