Unsolved How to fix broken texture in blender

Textures appear on other parts of the car but don't appear on part of the front bumper. It does the same for this when spawned in Beamng. If anyone could help resolve my problem I would be very thankful.

 

do you have custom materials made?
if you are using the blender default ones they may not work

 

sounds like a uv mapping problem.
no definitive say without seeing any files.
