How to enable online leaderboards

    As the title suggests, is there a special way to enable online leader boards?

    Some notes
    • Online features are enabled
    • Both Safe mode and normal modes only show my local times
    • competitive scenario conditions is on

    According to the Image in this, I would think so.. though that might be a mod, if so I cannot find the mod.

    It's not online, it's local.
    And you get that when you finish a quickrace.
