How to download mods?

Hey,
I have watched tutorials on how to download cars and it says to go to ''BeamNG-drive-0.3'' but that's not on my computer. (it's NOT the beamNG demo either)

 

I had to un install it and then reinstall it into downloads not app data and now it works

 

its a pain in the ass to get the mods to work you have to UNZIP them into the their selected files

Vehicles go into the Vehicle file
Maps goes into the Levels File


and thats in the C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Local\BeamNG\BeamNG.drive directory

is that quite clear enough for you both?

 

There´s an easier way, just go to your programs>beamng> and press on open folder

 

meh I gave you my way and you gave them another its cool

 

Default install path is appdata. Issues with the updater seem more frequent in program files as programme files needs admin rights for software to do alter files.
