how to create customization parts

    I wanted to start creating customization parts (hoods, mirror, bumpers, exhausts, ...) for Beamng, I know used blender but, I don't know how I could create new parts for cars, like for the etk800 I would like to create bumpers as well as new exhausts that I will publish later ...
    Please explain to me or even send me to a video or a site that could explain it to me.
