You mean the BeamNG vanilla showroom that appears after ticking the debug box? When you spawn in, there should be a popup window with a few buttons. You can press the "Change Background Colour" button in Zone A to change the background's colour. Unfortunately, there seem to be only two options without resorting to the world editor to edit background colour: white, and black. Hope this helps!
