How the hell would someone use the H-series Heavy Duty spare tire?

Think about it. Above is the Heavy Duty upfit. Below is the drive shaft.

Am I supposed to remove the bloody cargo box if I have a flat?

 

I'm guessing it would slide out between the frame rails or something..

Do box trucks normally come with spare tires?

 

Yea probably just some sort of sliding mechanism.

 

Theres another problem. The support for the Heavy Duty Upfit completely covers the spare tire.

 

Theres a door in the floor of the box and flatbed, trust me, its there.

 

(My guess, prolly really wrong) I think it works by slightly sliding it then dropping it down into a 45 degree angle and sliding it out. Putting a new one: impossible lol
