i understand that PC is better for gaming but the y520 can run demanding games with high graphics w pretty good FPS maybe lower than pc within the same price but I'm okay with that.

maximum graphics? No more that 30 if youre lucky. But lower the settings to medium and you should be able to hit the 50s.

I own a 1050ti, it's a good card, and very cheap. You should be able to run medium graphics with 50fps on most maps without dynamic reflections. I'm not too sure about the CPU, it is an i7 though, so I'm assuming it should be good. And 16gb is good for BeamNG.

I don't own a laptop, I built my PC earlier this year. I do know that 1050ti's in a laptop are quite different though.. Here are my PC specs though

    i5 6500 (soon to have i7 7700k)
    GTX 1050ti
    500gb Samsung 800 Evo SSD
    8gb, about to get 16gb
    750w PSU

I can run BeamNG at medium-high graphics without dynamic reflections with maximum 5 cars.

Don't get any laptop with less than a gtx 1060 in it if you want ok frame rates in Beam on medium settings or less. Avoid 4K display options, you're probably not getting something that could drive one of those displays and give desirable frame rates on any graphics setting. I would say avoid the higher refresh rates some of the laptop monitors have, you're not going to be pushing far beyond 60 FPS, if you even break that.

Also, avoid the max-q chipsets, they're worse than the mobile versions of their respective cards, unless you're going for a thin laptop, and or possibly care about battery life.

Most of these "gaming" laptops have the i7 7700HQ, which from what I can tell stacks up well to my i5 4690k, though it runs slower and has a lower boost clock. Though if you get a good GPU in your laptop of choice, this shouldn't matter, it's good enough.

My dads laptop, with far worse specs, the CPU(a similar i7 from a previous generation,) could handle multiple T series trucks in BeamNG and the frame rate stayed steady at the max 20 FPS I was getting with physics pause
    d. If it had a better graphics solution, I probably would be getting higher FPS

Get something with good cooling. If you're gonna be running BeamNG you're probably going to be running very hot, as for the lack of graphics optimizations and the nature of the physics engine, you're going to be putting a large load on the CPU and GPU. Thermal throttling is a serious issue in laptops, with many having subpar cooling solutions at best.

I personally would avoid a laptop unless you're in a situation where owning a desktop is impractical or not possible. I can't say that a laptop is a horrible choice nowadays, but it isn't a great one if you're on a budget of less than 1.5k to 2k$ atleast.

The concept looks cool on paper, though trust me; from hauling around a laptop I use for old games and emulation, keeping up with the extras I need such as a controller, an external mouse, the charger, and then some, it's very annoying. Not to mention the battery life of gaming laptops is abysmal at best.

If you can avoid getting a laptop, I say do so and build a desktop PC instead. Its cheaper in most cases, and yields significantly better results depending on what you want to do. Though if you must have a laptop, use the advice I posted above, and make sure to thoroughly research the laptops you are looking at.

I hope this helped you make your desicion :) Let us know what route you take and your experience with said choice.

OH MAN THAT HELPED ME! thanks brother, this helped me SO much I appreciate your time writing it.

pc isn't the best choice for me right now (college - friend's home etc..)

and unfortunately price of laptop with a gtx 1060 with good cooling is higher than my budget.

So i'm thinking of laptop with a gtx 1050Ti but seems it's not gonna be the best option, but i have no other option than waiting or build a pc and screw the college and my friends

but honestly i don't know why i feel like a laptop with gtx1050ti will fill my needs although i'm gonna play the most demanding games but since i've got a potato specs pc ;) 30 fps will be playble for me, i dont know i will have to think about it again

    thanks again :)
