How do you become a developer?

How does one become a BeamNG developer? Just a thought I had.

 

To put it as simply as possible, I'd say by demonstrating a high level of skill in an area that the devs need someone working on. For example, I remember Estama or someone talking about how the physics engine operates faster than stock trading code, which itself is extremely fast to support huge amounts of data being processed by shares being purchased in real time. I'd assume that knowing physics theories relating to rubber, wind/aerodynamics and how to work them into an efficient piece of code and having work to show for it would be the main way to spark interest in your skills if you want to program for Beam.

I think also a few people have been hired on for skilled content creation in order to speed up how quickly the devs can put out new vehicles or tracks to keep people satisfied. If I'm right about that then I'd guess that that's also a good place to start working on stuff that you can show.

 

I run a trucking Company in Georgia and I love this game. Ive started in ROR back when Gabester was Kitteh. LOL. the Lexus he made was the first Softbody id ever seen. I was Blown away. Anyway I'm curious as to is there anything i could do to help. Are you guys looking for investors? I've literally spent well over $1000 already just to be able to play THIS game.

 

And if I was a Millionäre I had spend 99% of my money into beamng
