How do I use Replay System

Does anyone know where to access the replay system and use it? Thanks!

 

UI app called "Replays". Click the record button, smash your car up, then click stop. Then click play.

The replay system is accessible via the replay UI app. To add a UI app, follow these instructions. Once you’ve added the app, you can make a replay by pressing the “record” button, doing as you like with your vehicle(s), and pressing stop to save the replay. You can then view your replay by selecting the save file, and pressing the play button.

alt+R it will start to record and when your done press back alt+R to stop record

 

I cant save the replay. It comes as nothing. Help?
