How do I remove seatbelts from passengers on school bus?

I have seen those videos of the crashes without seat belts but sometimes when I load a bus with passengers, they have seat belts by default and I want to remove them. Is there anyway I can do that? Also, I have the correct mod downloaded I am sure but where can I find the city bus that includes a ton of passengers?

 

you might be able to remove them with the part selector (ctrl+W)
if not, the person who made the video would have modded them out by removing the JBeam text for the meshes and nodes.

 

I couldn't find any settings that got rid of them. But thanks for the help. Also, do you know what specific bus is being used in this image and how this person gets so many passengers on?

Also, I have the right mod downloaded, with all the passengers that is linked in the description of the video. I am able to have passengers with no seatbelts on the dansworth c2500.
