I really want to make a roll-golf variant for the Covet, but i don't know how to make a part for BeamNG.

You aren’t helping all too well.
.json files are just some text files. It’s.jbeam you’re looking for. So blender and the BNEditor that’s hidden in the game files.

Also, The BNEditor is very confusing.
It is very confusing because every time i want to add a node, it forces me to the top view and my reference mesh is not there.

I would recommend not using BNEditor, it's annoying. I just place nodes using notepad++ and update the game using ctrl+r to view them. Just assign your mesh to "covet_body" or something, and then use it as reference to place the nodes

    I'm using this:
    https://www.beamng.com/threads/blender-addon.56981/

But you can make it all in Notepad++ too, you just need to check coordinates in Blender and then type it in Notepad++, you can use NBEditor same way, just for viewing your jbeam, that is only thing I use it and very rarely, I prefer Blender and BeamNG itself, then Notepad++ to finalize, finetune etc. Saves lots of time.
