Hello, I am trying to make a map but I cant cuz all of the other tutorials are outdated and it wont work with todays BeamNG.drive. So if any knows how to make a map in 2017 then please let me know.
In Schumacher's video he says go to Documents>BeamNG.drive>levels>GridMap>somefile>somefile>GridMap but I don't have that GridMap file (the last GridMap file) all it says is on my computer is Documents>BeamNG.drive>levels>GridMap>art file or level file

Make sure you are looking in the same folder: In the other thread you posted a screenshot where you were looking in Documents/BeamNG.Drive/levels. That's the wrong folder.
Yeah I'm supppsed to look at steam/steamapps/common/BeamNG.drive/content/levels but I don't have Gridmap I only have Cliff and Derby folders
That's not really possible, unless the game did not download correctly. In the other thread you posted this screenshot: Where it's visible you are looking in the wrong folder. This is how it looks here: Can you take a screenshot of your Steam/etcetc folder?
You are missing like 70% of the game's content. Are you sure that's the correct folder? I see 'copy' in there. Eventually, please clean reinstall the game: https://wiki.beamng.com/BeamNG_FAQ#How_do_I_perform_a_clean_reinstall.3F

Go into the 'Utah' folder and pick the stuff you want from the 'art' folder. Move them into the 'art' folder of 'Grid Small Pure' map. You will carefully need to adjust all the materials.cs files so that their path correspond the new location.
