I would like to make gridmap, but with the wet roads like in ETK Driver Experience. How and what files do I move? Could I have the gridmap.zip with the files ready to go? Thanks, Malcolm
Hey, by opening the editor on the Driver's Training map you can check which materials you'll need for the roads (e.g. road_slippery, road_slippery_edge, road_wet,...) You need to copy the materials from the Driver's Training folder to your map folder. I'll attach an example. Be aware that you might need to copy the corresponding textures as well and change the pathes to these files in the materials.cs file. But this is just the visual appearance of the wet surface. For the wet ground behaviour you need to use the terrain painter. By clicking on the new layer button on the right hand side you can add the Asphalt_wet material. Make sure to exchange or remove the diffuse texture. After that you can start painting that material on terrain objects.
