How do i create glowmaps?

how do you create a glowmap for a car? things like brake lights and signals. The wiki was of no help by the way.

 

try looking at the official vehicles. maybe that helps. and you could create them in paint.net or photoshop as example.

 

I already have a texture, and I already looked at the official vehicles. Nothing.
