How do i add supercharger whine sound?

I have made a mod called "Supercharge Any engine". One person reviewed the mod and asked if i could add supercharger whine sound in a future update. Is it possible and how do I do it?

 

Record sound
Go through Audacity
Fix sounds/repeat sounds
Upload sounds
Done

 

you can just use audacity and edit the sounds and make them really weird or amazing

 

i mean how do i add them in a .sbeam and add them to the vehicles
