I got in a car crash in real life. How can I use Beamng to reliably recreate the scene of the accident from my perspective with bots? No, neither of us had dashcams, and neither of us thought not to move the cars. It's a complicated and messy situation, and I want to share my perspective more accurately than words. Any help at all would be awesome
You could use script AI, which is basically where you drive and then the AI replicates your drive. Do it with two cars and it should be pretty close.
If you know the speed of both cars, the general body style/model year of the cars involved, and the angle at which the two cars collided, you could use the Script AI to recreate the accident. You could use Replay Mode to view the accident form different perspectives. Keep in mind that you probably couldn't use the resulting simulation for any legal purposes. You might want to consider hiring an accident reconstructor if you're looking to make something for use in court. The vehicles involved in the accident aren't represented ingame (The vehicles ingame are completely fictional and don't 100% represent any real-life car), and neither is the location where the accident took place. Not to mention that the speed and tragectory of the cars involved can't be 100% accurately represented either. However, if you're just trying to make a little video to show to people who are interested in what happened, you don't need ultimate precision and could probably use this game. Hope that helps!
And even if you cant ( or can ) you also got a VERY fun kick ass rocking game. A game that any car can will love. EV Diesel Unleaded ( or Leaded ) A game that Each car is hand crafted love. So enjoy this stunning game. And welcome
