My car wants to melt into a puddle every time I spawn it no matter what beam or node parameters I input. How can I make it hold its shape?

Well... can you start the game, freeze the physics with J, spawn in your vehicle and let us see your structure? There are pretty much only 2 things that can let this happen, so by seeing it, we will be able to confirm whether it is one or the other, and then we can tell you how to proceed.

I can't get a screenshot of the beam structure because it doesn't appear when I use the debugger. Here's a screenshot of the tris:

    Here is my beam structure:

Is there any reason my beams may not be loading?

I know how to do it. It doesn't work though. That's why I think the beams aren't loading.

Do you have any beams in the file?

Does the console show any errors?

The console shows no errors and the beams are in the file.

Alright, apparently make that three things that could happen... I didn't realize it would let you load a bunch of nodes without the beams working... thats interesting.

This is a good start but it looks like you have a ways to go with jbeam structure, instead of using beams that go from the floor to the roof you should be using rigid nodes and beams. Whatever you are trying to create looks good but the jbeam structure is wrong, when I have time im going to try and set it right.
