How can i make it rain or snow?

    So i know you have to do something in the F11 menu but i dont know what. All the youtube tutorials are old and the editor looks entirely diffrent now, so they arent of any help. If you know how to do that please help ill be very hapy if you do

    The tutorials still are up-to-date, you just have to press CTRL+SHIFT+F11 for that world editor to open.

    Do that and add Precipitation, i modded the old Rally map, snow version a while ago. Added snow (stormish) and did some other stuff :)
