I Wanted to Drive a Cherrier Vivace, so I took out the vehicle and this bug came up. How can I Fix it?

There are 90% of chance this is caused by one of your mods. A rear mirror never disappear overnight for no reason.
And for the texture thing, try verifying the integrity with Steam.

 

The Texture problem is now gone.
but I can't find what mod is causing the problem.
