Hello! After a few months of work, I have decided to finally reveal my next project after the CCF: The Holloway-Rowe! The Car With the production years of 1970-1995ish, this car is primarily a mix of the Range Rover Classic and my own ideas. It features (and will feature): 2 and 4 Door variants, Early, mid and late versions, An accurately replicated Rover-style V8, Completely custom suspension jbeams and models, A detachable roof, quarter panels, fuel door, quarter trims, wipers and much more. It is currently notably missing mechanical models, the interior and properly jbeamed 2 door parts. The Project Even though I have been working on this since about February, I would still argue that it is in its early stages. I have only recently "finished" the main textures, and no mechanical models exist yet. I am trying to keep the contributor count as low as possible, mainly because I want to see what I can do. This is not to say I won't accept help for the benefit of the mod, but if I can do it, I will try my best. My last year of Sixth Form means this project is going noticeably slower than the CCF did, therefore there is no planned release date or anything like that: it is much more relaxed. As the title states, this mod is paid (and my first paid mod at that). I expect it will cost the average price of a lore paid vehicle, which is around £3. The Lore As I am creating a new brand for this, I created some basic lore to help make it make some sense: Spoiler The Holloway-Rowe brand was created by a buyout of Holloway by the Rowe Group, not too long before this car was revealed initially. The Gill-Rowe Kingsway precedes this by a few decades, with the Holloway brand originally specialising in rugged vehicles for the north-western British countryside. Rowe specialised in general purpose vehicles, with Gill focusing on racing and sports cars. The car itself, which is unnamed at this point, is a bit of a mix, but here is a summary of what is planned as of when I write this post: Thanks for reading! Last updated 6/10/24
