Hey everyone, here's a solid port of Hockenheim Ring.

The map performs great, looks alright and has no tyre poppers. The tyre barriers work pretty well, although not perfect, but it's definitely good enough. I ported it originally from an AC mod, but I've fixed up some of the textures and tweaked the overall map to look a bit better. The grass could use some work, but it does the job for now.

    Here's some pictures:

    TODO:
    - The map is currently set to be pretty overcast. I think a sunny version would be a nice addition.
    - Similarly, a rainy version would be awesome. This will probably be in the next update.
    - The grass texture definitely needs more work.

    Changelog:
06-05-2023: Initial upload of the map.
18-05-2023: Small lighting and texture tweaks.
21-05-2023: Fixed weird issue with the grass material not working for certain people.
02-06-2023: Removed collision from off-track poles and billboards, and removed the smoothing effect on the normals (should improve driving feeling).

Is this your first port? If so, then great job on it! I always felt like we needed a proper hockenheim in beam, just never got to porting it myself ;)

    Thanks!
Not the first one, but other than the Brands Hatch one, the rest I ported all sucked lmao.
I mainly just got it looking nice with some texture work, figuring out the PBR workflow and some simple blender touchups.

Oh, I also used a custom skybox, although I'm not too happy with it yet, but it sure does look like a cool skybox for maybe a rainy version.

Looks pretty well executed so far. Can't wait for what you change! I personally am keen on what you else you do in regard to track markers.
