Hiroshi Raceway Drag Time Slips

    With the drag strip update, at the West Coast USA map there is a small building next to the drag strip to collect the time slips.

    At Hiroshi Raceway drag strip i can't find where to collect these, basically rendering the drag strip useless.
    Does anyone know where to collect these at Hiroshi Raceway?
